200 S. Wacker – Canopy
SADEV USA is proud to have been part of the 200 S. Wacker office renovation in downtown Chicago. The glass canopy, which streams natural light into the lobby, utilized SADEV USA’s S3000DU spider fittings, R1006 swivel fittings for 1-1/16-inch laminated glass and custom 2-inch diameter stainless steel standoffs to maintain the proper slope. All fittings were powder coated to match the color of the existing column covers. Collaboration among the highly experienced project team overcame some of the design and engineering challenges presented by the front corner of the canopy. Photo Credits © MTH Industries.
